We welcome all birders, from the casual nature observer to the
dedicated tickers! The Kenai Peninsula is a wonderful birding and
wildlife viewing destination.
Within a day's radius, many different habitats can be enjoyed in a
short amount of time. Our habitats include alpine and mountain
habitat, boreal forest, temperate rainforest, lake and freshwater
wetlands, estuaries, and tidal areas.

Guided pelagic trips are available on Resurrection Bay and the Gulf
of Alaska. Enjoy spectacular scenery, amazing wildlife, whales,
and a vast array of bird life.
Pull alongside a Chiswell Island rookery and revel in the visual
and auditory cacophony. Please don't forget your camera. Auklets,
Puffins and Murres, Oh My!!!

Guided walking/driving birding trips are available. Alaska Birding
Tours, our other parent company, also offers a guided drift boat trip
through a spectacular section of the Kenai River. In the spring it is
a non-motorized Trumpeter Swan Sanctuary.
