The Seward House is a three bedroom/ two bath fully equipped
vacation rental. There are six beds in all, with two in each room,
making it the perfect setting for your family or group.
Our central location with plenty of offstreet parking for your boat
and/or vehicle makes for a great home base as you explore our
community.

We are family friendly at The Seward House. There is a pack and
play in the unit, as well as a high chair.
There are not one, but TWO playgrounds within a block and a half!
Walk a block toward the ocean and hit the bike path which leads to
the harbor in one direction and The SeaLife Center in the other.
Three blocks to the west of us is the trailhead for Mount Marathon.
Hike either the Marathon Bowl or the Race Trail!

May 15 - September 15 $300 per night plus tax
September 16 - May 14 $150 per night plus tax
